Medicare BeneficiariesStandard Individual Therapy I am an in-network, participating provider with Original Medicare Part B. Primary claims are submitted directly to Medicare on your behalf.

Please note: I do not contract with Medi-Cal or Medi-Cal Managed Care plans, nor do I submit claims to commercial secondary plans that do not automatically receive claims from Medicare.

Medicare typically covers 80% of the Medicare-approved rate once your annual Part B deductible is met. You are responsible for the remaining 20% coinsurance and any unmet portion of the deductible.

If you hold a secondary Medigap policy, Medicare automatically forwards the remaining 20% balance to your supplemental plan for payment.

If you do not have secondary coverage, the 20% will be billed directly to your payment method on file after Medicare processes your claim.

Out-of-Pocket / Self-Pay (Non-Medicare Services) For clients who do not have Medicare Part B, services are provided on an out-of-pocket (self-pay) basis.

$180 for Initial Clinical Assessment

$165 for standard individual sessions

$200 for Family/Caregiver Consultation

There are only four kinds of people in the world: those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers.

About Me

My path into behavioral health started over 13 years ago. Right after college, I worked with a fiduciary managing estates, conservatorships, and trusts for older adults. Seeing up close how overwhelming and emotional these life transitions were for families inspired me to earn my Master of Social Work at UC Berkeley, where I specialized in Aging and Families.

While pursuing my master’s degree, I worked with the UCSF Department of Aging conducting interviews for research on older adults living alone with memory loss. Listening to their stories and honoring their lived experiences deeply cemented my passion for this work. Since then, I’ve spent years in outpatient community non-profit settings, providing therapy, leading support groups, and coordinating care alongside doctors, hospitals, and psychiatrists.

My Clinical Approach

I specialize in geriatric care, health, and trauma. My approach is client-centered, grounded in a compassionate, direct, and practical presence. I am deeply committed to helping my clients find meaningful resolution and empowering aging individuals to live their late years on their own terms.

My approach and practice are influenced by the following interventions: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Ego State Therapy.
